Votre commande peut se trouver dans l’une des deux situations suivantes : si l’objet que vous avez choisi est en stock, je proc\u00e8de \u00e0 l’exp\u00e9dition d\u00e8s le jour ouvrable suivant votre commande. En revanche, s’il n’est plus en stock, il faudra compter un d\u00e9lai maximum de 5 jours ouvrables pour que je puisse le pr\u00e9parer et l’exp\u00e9dier.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Malheureusement, une pi\u00e8ce en stock ne peut pas \u00eatre modifi\u00e9e. Par contre, vous avez toujours la possibilit\u00e9 de me laisser une note durant le processus de commande afin que je recr\u00e9e la cr\u00e9ation command\u00e9e selon vos souhaits. Dans ce cas, le processus de cr\u00e9ation sur mesure prendra environ 5 jours ouvrables. Je vous contacterai avant de commencer la r\u00e9alisation afin de confirmer votre choix et vous donner le d\u00e9lai de r\u00e9alisation exact.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

“Je vous contacterai d\u00e8s que je devrai cr\u00e9er des pi\u00e8ces, donc si vous souhaitez annuler votre commande avant la cr\u00e9ation, c’est tout \u00e0 fait possible. Cependant, une fois que les objets sur mesure ou hors stock ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s, l’annulation n’est plus possible. Pour les articles en stock, l’annulation est accept\u00e9e dans un d\u00e9lai maximum de 24 heures apr\u00e8s la commande. Pass\u00e9 ce d\u00e9lai, ils seront exp\u00e9di\u00e9s et devront \u00eatre retourn\u00e9s pour obtenir un remboursement.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
